MrFlood's Lawn and Garden is a family owned lawn care and landscaping business. We also operate a painting business and handyman service year round.

The Customer Service Representative with handle incoming phone calls, texts, emails as well as facebook/social media inquires. Supply the potential customers with quotes based on google earth location and size data using established pricing guidlines but with the flexibility to adjust as needed.

The CSR will monitor the schedule and co-ordinate with service providers to maintain a positive experience for the customer. The CSR will communicate with the team leaders regarding daily capacity. The CSR will make on-site appointment bookings for customers requiring an in-person meeting with the outside sales manager following set availability dates and times.

The CSR will assit with positive social medai content creation and marketing.

Once the CSR is trained and shows capability the position will be home based at least 4 out of 5 days per week.

The qualified candidate will demonstrate the cabaility to learn quickly, manage multiple inquires, and work in an efficient and organized system. Skills needed include ability to speak to customers with confidence and clarity. Ability to keep an eye on multiple social media platforms for opportunites to drive potential customers to the webpage or to the email system. The ability to understand the various aspects of the business and help to overcome challenges - help remove roadblocks- Help with various tasks such as finding and vetting sub-contractors. Adding supplier pricing into our spreadsheets for quoting purposes.

Education

High School with some post secondary preferred

Work Experience - Previous customer service an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
